Jeff Julian

A Legend in Humanity and Humility

Jeff Julian was in the prime of his life.  He had won the 1997 Dominion Open on the then Nike Tour, played seven events on the 2002 PGA Tour, even after he was diagnosed with ALS.  His last event was the 2002 Greater Hartford Open.  Then in February 2003, ALS took full control of Jeff’s body. Never a quitter, always a fighter, he fought the disease with courage and humor.  His love for his family and friends gave him strength.  And, even in the hardest of days, he could always be found with a smile on his face.  Jeff passed away in 2004 at the age of 42.  Before his passing, Jeff and his wife Kim had formed the Jeff Julian ALS Foundation which now sponsors the annual Pro-Am, giving back to ALS patients in his Ozarks home.
